In 2019, Klivo started its activities in the health area with the purpose of making a difference in people's lives through humanized care centered on integrative medicine and personalized care for each patient.
With the biggest round of investments ever raised for a startup in the health area in Brazil, Klivo decided to care for patients with comorbidities, focusing mainly on conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, which are mostly older people who are not familiar with the technology that the company offers as part of ongoing monitoring.
A dynamic company and with that purpose needs a strong Brand that reflects its constant evolution and communication to present itself and generate identification in caring for its public.
Strategy
The health area is in constant development but with a slow evolution in the area of primary care, many patients live unassisted in living with their comorbidities with habits that further aggravate their condition due to lack of adequate care and re-education in their way of life .
Challenges that are part of Klivo's day-to-day and that reveal its innovative DNA a differential recognized by all its audiences a starting point for the strategic deepening of the brand and positioning.
The work was done at home, where I acted as brand manager, with the entire Klivo executive and nursing team, more than 20 interviews and 5 virtual sprints. The result of these sprints and interviews was that to re-educate patients from 45 to 85 years old, it was necessary to use light language that conveyed confidence and hope, so we used illustrations to support our communication, which in a playful way show the importance of health care .
Creation
Inspired by one of its greatest values, “Your health is our reason” and valuing the welcome that Klivo offers its patients, the logo was inspired by a smile that conveys safety and welcome.
For this, Klivo has a multidisciplinary team made up of: doctors, nurses, psychologists and physical educators who will take care of patients in an integral and close way.
Implementation
Klivo needed to launch its brand and market positioning.

A challenge that inspires Klivo to seek evolution by developing new ideas and solutions to change the segment's culture with the concept "Your health is our reason", Klivo introduced itself to the market and invited employees, partners and customers: you Want to make a difference in someone's life?
